This month we asked our customer Nellie to share her story with us.

Tell us a little about yourself:

My name is Nellie; I live in Central NJ and I am married to my best friend. We have 3 children ages 20, 17 and 10. I love to do my nails and have over 400 bottles of nail polish. My other hobby is scrapbooking family moments.

How long have you been wearing Jon Renau wigs for?

I've been wearing Jon Renau wigs for almost a year now. In January of 2015 I lost all of my hair due to Alopecia Universalis. I belong to a support group and that's where I discovered the world of Jon Renau, and once I saw Ignite I knew I was hooked and had to get it.

What do you love about our brand?

The biggest thing I love about Jon Renau wigs is that they gave me my confidence back. Losing my hair completely devastated me but, as soon as I tried on my first Jon Renau wig Ignite in color 1BRH30 I felt beautiful again. I didn't have that nagging feeling that people knew it was a wig; the lace front made it look so natural and realistic.

What advice would you give to a new wig wearer?

My advice for a new wig wearer would be to allow yourself time to adjust. Give yourself a break and then become whoever you want to be!
