Online training courses are not eligible for a cash refund. Jon Renau does not, under any circumstance, give cash refunds to those who do not or cannot finish the program for which they have registered. A credit will be issued to the Jon Renau purchase account. Cancellation must be made by email (education@jonrenau.com) prior to logging in/accessing the On Demand certification/course and within the allotted time (48 hours).
No refund/credit will be provided after this period. Cancellation requests made before the 48-hour period are eligible for a credit to the Jon Renau purchase account.
Online students cannot “transfer” to a Seminar (Virtual or In-person) course/certification.
